Otay River HMP Exemption

A portion of the Otay River was included as exempt from Hydromodification Management Plan requirements through the WQIP Annual Reporting process. The WMAA mapping has been updated to reflect this change. The PDFs of the data can be found on the WMAA page here. The GIS data is available here.
