Minor Modifications to Table 1-2 and Section 1.4.1 of Model BMP Design Manual

The following minor edits were made to the May 2018 Model BMP Design Manual:

Section 1.3, Table 1-2, Page 1-6. Applicability of Permanent, Post-Construction Storm Water Requirements.

    • Removed “Maintenance activities that are part of a larger master planning effort…”

Section 1.4.1.(f), Page 1-9. New or redevelopment projects that result in the disturbance of one or more acres of land and are expected to generate pollutants post construction.

    • Removed the exclusions and added a note

Section 1.4.1, Page 1-9. Area that may be excluded from impervious area calculations for determining if the project is a PDP.

    • Removed item (b)
